Yes. You will receive automatic WhatsApp reminders before your session, along with your Zoom link and instructions.
Absolutely. All your birth details, session information, and chats are 100% private and confidential. We do not share or sell any data.
Yes, you can. Simply provide their birth details and mention in the form that the session is for someone else.
No documents are required. But if you have an old kundli, you may share it on WhatsApp (optional).
If the astrologer becomes unavailable due to any reason, our team will offer you:

an alternative time slot, or

another astrologer of similar expertise.
Your session will never be cancelled without your confirmation.
If the astrologer’s next slot is free, you can request an extension with minimal additional charges.
Refunds are allowed only if payment is made but no slot has been allotted.
Once the appointment is scheduled, refund is not offered.
You may, however, reschedule once for free.
Yes, we offer instant priority sessions, depending on astrologer availability. You can contact support for urgent appointments.
Yes, remedies are included in your session. You will receive Lal Kitab, Vedic, or Vastu-based remedies according to your case.
